Returns :
- Return request for an eligible product can be initiated choosing one of the reasons from the list provided, within 7 days of its receipt, provided it is not used, worn, washed, modified, is in a saleable condition with branding, tags and barcodes in place.
- The authorised Shipping partner will pick up the product from the original address of delivery. Return option will not be available after 7 days of delivery.
- We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Nabanna mela.com team on our email id.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Nabannamela.com.
Refund :
- Refund will be subject to quality check by our team. We offer Refund within 5 days from the date the returned product reaches us, provided the product passes the quality check successfully.
- Refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. Bank may take 5 to 7 days to process the same.
- In case you are delivered a wrong product you may initiate a return request mentioning the reason. We will make the refund as per Refund rules mentioned above.
- Customer should check the Shipping address carefully before check-out. In case a wrong delivery address is provided which leads to non-receipt of product, no refund will be initiated.
Cancellation :
- Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
